Cooper Brannan, Corporal

"...Now here I am eight months after leaving the Corps. I have successfully completed one year of professional baseball, am married with a beautiful daughter, and living a dream. Honestly, I will tell you I could never have accomplished or made it to where I am today if it wasn't for the Semper Fi Fund helping my family and me when we needed help the most, the San Diego Padres for allowing me to fulfill my dream of playing baseball, and the Marine Corps for making me who I am today. But most of all, I would like to thank my family for being there with me every step of the way, through tough times and good times. I want to share with my brother Marines, 'Don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t do it! You can do anything you put your mind to; you just have to never, never, never give up.' God Bless and Semper Fi."
